What are Capsules?
Capsules inside VAIL are a form of Lootbox.
They contain various cosmetics for the head, body, gloves and guns.
There are different kind of items inside them which are divided into the following categories:
Tiers inside
- Common
- Uncommon
- Rare
- Epic
- Legendary
- Redacted
They have a percent rate over what drop it will become without being able to influence it.
Some players think that doing voodoo, shooting it at a player or shooting it with a gun gives a better tier.
Sadly, this is not true.
Some of the skins can be bought every month during a Market Rotation inside the Amani Gel Market.
Skins like Sanitas, Scorched and Arame were featured in a Market Rotation.
After the rotation they will become available inside capsules.
Where to get capsules?
There are 2 main ways to get them in VAIL.
One way is when you spawn inside the Citadel where you can also mine ore to purchase them.
Inside the Citadel
When you spawn inside the Citadel, you come across the Gel Market or you walk past it towards the Ore Shop.
Inside you will find 3 dispensers that give different variations of Capsules.
The dispenser are Common, Rare and Legendary.
The prices are displayed on the terminal screen.
Through the menu
When you open your menu, you go to: Market -> Supply Capsules (on the top of the menu).
Here you can buy them with either Ore or Gel.
In this menu, you can even gift it to one of your friends!
Watch out while you are in this menu before you buy something.
The BUY WITH GEL button is mostly activated, when you purchase something it will withdraw your GEL.
Make sure to set the button to BUY WITH ORE if you don’t want to lose your GEL accidentally.
How much do capsules cost?

What Capsules are there?
Currently there are 3 tiers available.
This is the Common Capsule, the Rare Capsule and the Legendary Capsule.
What can i get from them?
Everything inside them are cosmetics and featured into different tiers.

These images display different tiers (colors) where their names are to show their importance.
The redacted are first, followed by legendary, epic, rare, uncommon and common.
